The above solution did not work. I was in the process of submitting this problem to tech support when I read about this very topic in the FAQ's page.

So I did what was suggested there as well which was to delete the library's xml file from the Service Center directory, reboot and reinstall the library (and to activate again if prompted). I wasn't asked to activate the library upon reinstalling it and when I closed Kontakt the library disappeared once again upon reopening up Kontakt. I checked the Service Center directory and there was no xml file for the missing library. I even went so far as to delete the activation key and registration string through the online Service Center app. I then went trough the whole process of adding the library and this time when prompted to activate it I did as requested. Still the library disappears when opening Kontakt and still no xml file.

What to do now? Same has happened to me with Evolution World Percussion 2.0. Have tried all of the above and nothing has fixed it so I have contacted support. With Native Access are you supposed to see all the 3rd party registered library in it along with the typical NI Komplete 10 libraries?

I only see the NI ones that came with Komplete 10 Ultimate although I do see the third party libs in Service Centre. I also tried inputting the Evolution World Percussion 2.0 serial in Native Access and it said it was registered althouhg it didn't appear and continues to dissappear from Kontakt on every reboot. First, I assume you were referring to changing the extension of the library that wasn't being remember by Kontakt.

Can you clarify? Hi, I got the same problem with Kontakt 5.6.5 I try to add a library (Soniccouture Hammersmith Piano) and the libray will just not add itself. Also, it's impossible to see my drive. I try to load the.nki file directly from the external hard drive, but it will not show up. I made sure 'show removable drives' was checked, refreshed, still doesn't see the external drive. I copied the Hammersmith folder to my internal HD, clicked 'Add Library' browsed to the Hammersmith Library folder, then entered my Mac password, but no library showed up. Not even an error message.
